Going out on date nights gets harder each time as we are faced with hundreds of choices of where to eat and hang out with your spouse. So Thammie and I devised an evil plan – do a food review of the different restaurants that we have tried out. 2 weeks ago we were given a chance to eat for FREE at Krazy Garlik to try out this new restaurant in Greenbelt 5.
Krazy Garlik is the newest and most unique concept of the Bistro Group of restaurants ( the same company running Flapjacks, TGIF, Fish and Co and Italianis.
Imagine having all your dishes peppered with garlic. Masarap na healthy pa! Thammie was so excited since at home she would really put a lot of garlic in her food so the concept of KRAZY GARLIK was perfect for our date night.
We ordered HARA KIRI – spicy fried rice with chilis, octopus, shrimps and bacon.. If you like spicy food this is a must try! If you are not a fan of spicy food like me, make sure to have a pitcher of water beside you because this is crazy hot!!!
This was my favorite and I’ll definitely order this again. The Garlic Snowflake Pizza topped with shrimps. Bias ako pagdating sa shrimp but this was really good. This house special boasts of a creamy base and topped with plump shrimp, pineapple and garlic flakes.
If you want to put a “krazy” ending to your meal, you might want to sink your teeth into the creamy goodness of Crema Catalana— Spanish-style crème brulee with caramelized garlic cloves. Kinda sweet but it’s perfect with their Mocha Latte. I enjoyed their Mocha Latte – better than Starbucks. The Krazy Drinks also tastes great but a little pricey.
Average food price per order is around 250 pesos to 450 pesos. A little pricey but worth it.
