Personal Responsibility

We have to bring this back to our men these days. Personal responsibility. Not the bickering or the finger pointing or the she made me do it!!! Men we have to take ownership of our work, our success and our mistakes.

Remember: You are responsible for whatever happens to you. You made that decision. Nobody coerced you. You are where you are today because of the choices you have made. Don’t tell me MAMA or somebody else made you do it. You allowed that somebody to make it for you.

It takes courage to take responsibility. If you have made a mistake then take responsibility.

As a husband, I have to take responsibility where the direction of my family is.

As a pastor, I have to take responsibility if the congregation are not empowered to make disciples.

As a father, I take responsibility if my kids grow up to be spoiled brats or wonderful adorable people.
